Introduction
General Douglas MacArthur was one of the most controversial and most talented military leaders during the World Wars. He became the Chief of Staff of the United States Army during the period between the World Wars (Frank, 2007). He was a five-star American General which commanded the Philippine Army during World War II, contributed to the occupation of Japan and led the Allied Forces during the Korean War.
